If you’re streaming MP3, 128 kbps is more than enough bitrate. If you’re streaming AAC, 64 kbps will be enough for high-quality radio streaming.

You require a programme which supports audio streaming. Some examples of those programmes are BUTT and RadioDJ, and both are free of charge. If you only intend to use the AutoDJ function, you don’t require that kind of software.
