How much does 1 hour of premium support cost if I don’t have a subscription?

Each additional activity which is not part of the regular, i.e. ordinary MyDataKnox support will be charged for at a price of HRK 200 per hour, or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency. This price doesn’t include VAT and the billing unit is 30 minutes. Some examples of activities beyond the scope of normal support include: web application issues, installation and/or script configuration, etc.

Does the premium support service include assistance with my applications?

MyDataKnox doesn’t offer support for specific issues related to applications such as programming, design and website development, unless otherwise agreed upon by the user and MyDataKnox. Even though the premium support service doesn’t include working with your applications, our technical staff will assist you with any issue as much as possible.

What if I use up all the hours included in the premium support service?

What is included in the premium support service?

The premium support service includes:

  • physical hardware management, monitoring and exchange
  • ensured network availability
  • free installation of the cPanel control panel or CentOS Web Panel (hereinafter “Panel”) during the initial server configuration
  • optimisation of the operating system during the initial server configuration
  • free initial security arrangements
  • free transfer of initial accounts from a remote system with the same control panel upon the initial server configuration
  • management of all aspects of the operating system, assistance and resolution of all issues related to the operating system and standard control panel components
  • MyDataKnox support, with the best intentions and within our possibilities, regarding third-party applications that don’t affect the operability of the Panel or the operating system
  • provision of support through a remote system is not supported
