The basic package gives you 1 mailbox and 50GB of storage. You can increase the number of users and storage as needed. Once activated, you create email addresses in the Hosting Controller panel and decide how much storage each inbox receives.

After ordering, you manage the Hosted Exchange service in the Hosting Controller panel. You purchase a number of mailboxes and total storage, then create addresses and allocate quotas to each inbox yourself.
Mailboxes and addresses
Create and manage mailboxes within the number of users you have purchased. Add primary addresses and aliases to suit your team's needs.
Quota per inbox
You decide how much storage each mailbox receives from your purchased pool. The basic package provides 50GB that you can allocate across inboxes.

Create distribution lists for teams and departments so group communications go to one address instead of individual mailboxes.
Outlook, OWA and ActiveSync
Users access email through Outlook, Outlook Web Access or mobile ActiveSync, with calendars, contacts and tasks synchronised.
