Redirecting an existing domain to MyDataKnox servers is performed by changing nameserver scripts. The changes are executed in the system of the registry where the domain is registered. The price of cPanel licenses is set according to the number of users on a particular cPanel server. The MyDataKnox R1Soft backup service enables you to create a backup copy of up to two servers. You’ll select the number of servers that you wish to link to the service (number of agents) upon placing your order.
In case of “outgrowing” the maximum number of users on a server, your license will need to be upgraded to the next larger package. If the license isn’t upgraded, your access to WHM will be suspended until you upgrade the license or reduce the number of users on that server.
