Veeam Cloud Connect Backup is a service of performing off-site backup to the MyDataKnox cloud. Simply put, you lease backup space and add it to your Veeam console.
Before your domain expires, if it’s active, you’ll receive an automatic offer to renew it 30 days before it expires. You’ll also receive several reminders for domain renewal payment.
Each additional activity which is not part of the regular, i.e. ordinary MyDataKnox support will be charged for at a price of HRK 200 per hour, or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency. This price doesn’t include VAT and the billing unit is 30 minutes.
