In order to perform a successful domain transfer, you have to meet the following requirements:

RULES FOR NAMING FREE .HR DOMAINS The name of a domain pertaining to a legal person must contain its registered name, its shortened registered name, an acronym of its name or an abbreviation containing the syllables of a multi-word registered name. The name of a domain pertaining to a self-employed natural person must contain their registered name, their shortened registered name, an acronym of their name, an abbreviation containing the syllables of a multi-word registered name or an indication of their activity, as well as their first name, last name or full name. A domain transfer is actually a change of registry. It’s important to note that the transfer pertains only to the domain, not the hosting content. In other words, your domain can be registered with one provider, and the hosting (content) with another.

The price of cPanel licenses is set according to the number of users on a particular cPanel server. The licenses are available for VPS and dedicated servers that are now named Cloud and Metal, the difference being that for the dedicated server package, i.e. the Metal package, the minimum amount of users per package is 100, whereas the Cloud package for VPS servers offers two cheaper licenses: a Cloud Admin license which can host up to 5 users per cPanel server, and a Cloud Pro license which can host up to 30 users per cPanel server.
