The transfer of these domains takes 5 to 7 days.
Prior to the transfer, the current registrar of the domain must unlock it for transfer and request an EPP authorization code which enables the transfer. • Visit the Carnet website for domain administration at https://www.dns.hr/portal/mydomain/administration
• Enter the name of the .hr domain that you wish to redirect to MyDataKnox.
• Choose your role related to the domain (owner, technician or administrator) and click “Send”. Afterwards, you’ll receive an e-mail providing you with authorized access to the domain administration website.
• Click on the link indicated in the e-mail and under “DNS scripts” enter the following MyDataKnox nameservers:

• Save the data after making the modification.

In order to perform a successful domain transfer, you have to meet the following requirements:

• You have be the owner of the domain or have access to the e-mail address indicated in the server as the e-mail of the administrator
• You need to unlock the domain for transfer with your current registrar and get an EPP code, which is required for most extensions (not for Croatian domains)
• The transfer must be initiated no later than 10 days prior to the expiration of the domain, so that it doesn’t expire during transfer
• The transfer must be performed at least 60 days after the domain has been registered or previously transferred.

Quite easily. If you hold an SSL certificate, your website address will begin with “https://” and have a padlock icon, and a “Secure” mark will appear in the browser, as shown in the image below.

When a browser displays the website as secure, the user is confident that your website is credible.

There are three types of SSL certificates, differing in the level of protection they provide and the way they are displayed in the browser.

• DV (domain validation) – SSL certificate that protects the domain and its owner. It’s displayed in the form of a padlock + https://name.domain
• OV (organization validation) – SSL certificate that verifies and protects company data. It’s displayed in the form of a padlock + https://name.domain
