The duration of a domain transfer can be divided into two groups:
.hr i com.hr domains The transfer of these domain extensions is the quickest. Prior to the transfer, the current registrar of the domain must unlock it for transfer, and an order for transfer must be placed with MyDataKnox. After the payment is complete, you’ll receive an e-mail containing a link for transfer confirmation. As soon as you click on the link in the e-mail and confirm the transfer, it should be executed in a matter of minutes.
.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info and other extensions The transfer of these domains takes 5 to 7 days. Prior to the transfer, the current registrar of the domain must unlock it for transfer and request an EPP authorization code which enables the transfer. After you’ve received the EPP code, you can place a domain transfer order with MyDataKnox. After the payment is complete, you’ll receive an e-mail containing a link for transfer confirmation. As soon as you click on the link in the e-mail, the process of transferring the domain from your previous registrar to MyDataKnox will start. Incremental backup enables you to accelerate the process of creating backup copies, after an initial complete server backup has been performed, by sending only modified and new data to the backup repository. A smaller amount of backup data makes for a significantly quicker backup process.
MyDataKnox doesn’t access your server data and therefore doesn’t create backup copies of the server. In order to securely backup your content, you need to use one of our cloud backup service or your own solution. MyDataKnox is not responsible for any data that might be lost due to your lack of a backup copy.
The main prerequisite is being an existing user of the Veeam backup service, which means that you need to have a Veeam console which enables you to connect to the Cloud Connect Backup service.

It’s possible that, during the propagation period (up to 24 hours), the old server content is still displayed to some of your website’s visitors. The EPP key, also known as Authorization code, is one of the safeguards against unauthorized transfers of domain name registrations. The EPP key is required when transferring .com, .org, .net and various other domain names. You cannot initiate a domain name transfer for these domain extensions without an EPP code.
You can use all the letters of the alphabet, numbers and hyphens. Even though it’s possible for domain names to contain special characters, such as letters used in languages other than English (e.g. š, đ, ž, ć, č), this should be avoided.
