MyDataKnox provides support with server configuration and maintenance; however, the applications you install on the server are not included in our support area. You can contact our support team via telephone or by sending an inquiry using your MyDataKnox user control panel. PHP Selector enables your users to select a specific PHP version that they require for their hosting account. Redirecting an existing domain to MyDataKnox servers is performed by changing nameserver scripts. The changes are executed in the system of the registry where the domain is registered. Of course. You can upgrade any MyDataKnox web hosting package to a larger one or choose a smaller one at any time. All you have to do is request a change of package in the MyDataKnox user system, and the modification will be performed automatically upon payment of the price difference between your existing package and a larger one, or automatically when you request a smaller package. In case you wish to change the type of your web hosting package, e.g. exchange a Standard hosting package for an Advanced one, our support team will perform the task for you completely free of charge.
Incremental backup enables you to accelerate the process of creating backup copies, after an initial complete server backup has been performed, by sending only modified and new data to the backup repository. A smaller amount of backup data makes for a significantly quicker backup process.
The MyDataKnox L-series dedicated servers are usually ready as soon as you make the payment upon receiving an offer, whereas the XL-series is installed on an individual basis by our technical staff and takes up to 48 hours from the date of payment.
Each additional activity which is not part of the regular, i.e. ordinary MyDataKnox support will be charged for at a price of HRK 200 per hour, or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency. This price doesn’t include VAT and the billing unit is 30 minutes. Some examples of activities beyond the scope of normal support include: web application issues, installation and/or script configuration, etc.
