However, our support team can’t help you with your software configuration on VPS, such as with ERP, CRM applications and other business applications that are unrelated with the service itself.

A domain transfer is actually a change of registry. It’s important to note that the transfer pertains only to the domain, not the hosting content. In other words, your domain can be registered with one provider, and the hosting (content) with another.
A domain transfer starts with a domain transfer order on our website. Upon ordering a transfer, you’ll need an EPP authorization code for most extensions, which you can get from your existing registrar, and the domain must be unlocked for transfer. MyDataKnox doesn’t access your VPS data and therefore doesn’t create backup copies. In order to securely backup your content, you need to use one of our cloud backup service or your own solution. MyDataKnox is not responsible for any data that might be lost due to your lack of a backup copy.

It’s possible that, during the propagation period (up to 24 hours), the old server content is still displayed to some of your website’s visitors.
